全中文顯示,界面美觀:采用高分辨率的液晶顯示模塊,所有的數(shù)據(jù)、狀態(tài)和操作提示都是中文顯示,*沒(méi)有廠家自己定義的符號(hào)或代碼。

簡(jiǎn)單的菜單結(jié)構(gòu),文本式的人表對(duì)話: 與傳統(tǒng)的儀表相比, 功能增加了很多,但由于采用了分門(mén)別類(lèi)的菜單結(jié)構(gòu),類(lèi)似微機(jī)的操作方法,使用起來(lái)更清晰、方便。不必記憶操作步驟和操作順序;可以不用說(shuō)明書(shū),按照屏幕上的提示就可操作。

歷史曲線功能:二次表每五分鐘自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)測(cè)量的氧濃度值,可連續(xù)存儲(chǔ)一個(gè)月的數(shù)據(jù)。 “歷史曲線”從總體上反映水質(zhì)的變化趨勢(shì)和過(guò)程,很有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題。“定時(shí)定點(diǎn)”功能將得到特定點(diǎn)、特定時(shí)間的被測(cè)氧濃度和溫度值。
History curve: It can save the measurement data automatically every 5 minutes, and can store the oxygen concentration data of one consecutive month. The “history curve” can generally reflects the changing tendency and course of the water quality, and can help identify and solve problems. “Specified point/time” is used to obtain the oxygen concentration and temperature values at specified point/time.
記事本功能:忠實(shí)記錄儀表的操作使用情況和報(bào)警的發(fā)生時(shí)間,便于管理。
Notepad: The notepad faithfully records the operation conditions and alarming time of the instrument, providing convenience for management.
電極的研究功能:存儲(chǔ)50次標(biāo)定的方式、時(shí)間和結(jié)果,以分析電極的變化規(guī)律。
Electrode analysis: It can store the manners, time and results of 50 calibrations, helping to analyze the changing law of the electrode.
數(shù)字時(shí)鐘功能:顯示當(dāng)前的時(shí)間,為數(shù)字記錄功能提供時(shí)間基準(zhǔn)。
Digital clock: It displays the current time, providing time base for the digital recording.
背光功能:可在光線昏暗或*沒(méi)光亮的環(huán)境下使用,根據(jù)溫度變化,自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)比度,也可人工調(diào)節(jié),使顯示始終清晰。
Backlight: With the backlight it can be used in dim and even compley dark environment. The contrast can be adjusted automatically according to temperature change, or adjusted manually to ensure clear display all along.
工業(yè)控制式看門(mén)狗:確保儀表不會(huì)死機(jī),這是在線式儀表的基本要求。
Industrial watchdog: This ensures no system crash of the instrument, which is the basic requirement for an on-line instrument.
輸出電流設(shè)置與檢查功能:手動(dòng)電流源功能,可檢查和任意設(shè)定輸出電流值,方便檢測(cè)記錄儀和下位機(jī)。
Output current setting and checking: It is provided with manual current source function, so output current can be checked and set freely, providing convenience for inspection of recorder and downstream instruments.
軟件設(shè)定電流輸出方式:軟件選擇是0~10mA或4~20mA輸出,而不需用戶(hù)撥任何開(kāi)關(guān)。
Software-set current output: The software selects output with the range of 0~10mA or 4~20mA, and user need not touch any switch.
四種標(biāo)定方式:除傳統(tǒng)的一點(diǎn)和兩點(diǎn)標(biāo)定方法外,還有手動(dòng)輸入零點(diǎn)和斜率以及已知氧濃度值標(biāo)定等方法,以滿(mǎn)足在各種情況下的使用。

Pa和bar(巴)都是大氣壓強(qiáng)的單位,1bar=105Pa,1mbar=100Pa=1hPa
Pa and bar are both units of atmospheric pressure: 1bar=105Pa,1mbar=100Pa=1hPa
I0:本說(shuō)明書(shū)和顯示屏上的I0代表氧濃度為零時(shí)的電流(就如同pH電極的零電位一樣),但相當(dāng)穩(wěn)定。
I0: I0 in this manual and the screen means the current at the time of zero oxygen concentration (similar as the zero potential of pH electrode).
S:本說(shuō)明書(shū)和顯示屏上的S代表氧電極的斜率。單位為pA/mbr,為負(fù)值,一般為-100~-300(nA/mbr)。
S: S in this manual and the screen means the slope of the oxygen electrode, in pA/mbr. This value is a minus, generally -100~-300 (nA/mbr).

電極工作原理
本表采用極譜式電極,陽(yáng)電極為Ag/AgCl、陰電極為鉑金(Pt)組成,兩者之間充滿(mǎn)特殊成份的是電解液。由硅橡膠滲透膜包裹于電極四周。測(cè)量時(shí),電極間加上675mV的極化電壓,氧滲透過(guò)隔膜在陰極消耗,同時(shí)等量的氧在陽(yáng)極產(chǎn)生,這個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程進(jìn)行到兩邊的氧分壓相同時(shí)達(dá)到平衡.此時(shí)兩電極間的電流與氧分壓成正比,二次表檢測(cè)到此電流,再經(jīng)過(guò)一系列變換,得到氧濃度和氧含量.同時(shí),NTC(負(fù)溫度系數(shù)熱敏電阻)檢測(cè)被測(cè)量液的溫度,二次表采樣后進(jìn)行溫度補(bǔ)償,將氧濃度或氧含量折算成25℃時(shí)的值。
