四、氧指數(shù)測(cè)定儀適用范圍:
本儀器適用于塑料、橡膠、泡沫等材料的燃燒性能的測(cè)試,其測(cè)定結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,再現(xiàn)性好。是研究、生產(chǎn)阻燃材料*的測(cè)試設(shè)備。
補(bǔ)充說明:氧氣調(diào)節(jié)的范圍*為0-*,雖然在使用中不會(huì)采用該區(qū)間,但是可以便于校準(zhǔn)時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體的時(shí)候,例如可使用氮?dú)庑?zhǔn)0%點(diǎn),可以使用純氧氣校準(zhǔn)*數(shù)值,另外使用空氣校準(zhǔn)20.5%數(shù)值,這樣可以體現(xiàn)出更好的線性度。
同時(shí)氧指數(shù)需要使用10.6L/MIN的混合氣體流量,也就是說每次測(cè)試的混合氣體的總流量總數(shù)為10.6L/MIN,在可以數(shù)字化顯示出的情況下,為更加優(yōu)良的選擇。
